Instructions

Whisk flour, baking powder, and sugar in a bowl.

In a separate bowl, beat egg and milk together, then pour into dry ingredients. Stir until just combined.

Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and melt a little butter.

Pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2 minutes, then flip and cook 1 more minute.
